Jim is a strategy, finance, operations, and business development executive

with twenty years of experience in the management consulting industry with Accenture, Arthur D. Little, and KPMG Consulting and ten years of entrepreneurial, start-up experience in the investment management space.

Jim has worked with over fifty businesses to help develop strategies, improve operations, increase revenue, and manage transformational change initiatives. Jim currently serves on the board of Beacon Academy, a Montessori High School in Evanston, IL and has served on several boards and commissions in his local community. Jim graduated from Hamilton College, NY with a BA in Economics and received an MBA in finance and accounting from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester, NY. Jim lives in Lake Forest, Illinois with his wife Paula and their two children, Stanley (15) and Lillard (12). Jim enjoys reading, squash, golf, skiing, climbing, yoga and spending time in McGregor Bay, Canada.
